COCONUT HEAVEN!! A TRADITIONAL AND OLD FASHIONED RECIPE THAT IS EASY TO MAKE AND BUDGET FRIENDLY.



INGREDIENTS
1 EGG WHITE
2 TEASPOONS CORNFLOUR
45G ICING SUGAR
80G DESICCATED COCONUT
6 GLAZED CHERRIES
RECIPE
- HEAT THE OVEN TO 150 DEGREES (FAN OVEN)
- MIX THE CORNFLOUR, ICING SUGAR AND COCONUT WELL
- ADD THE EGG WHITE AND MIX
- ROLL THEM INTO 6 SHAPES AND ADD THEM TO A LINED BAKING TRAY. USE 2 TEASPOONS IF YOU WANT TO SHAPE THEM BETTER ON THE TRAY
- BAKE ON 150 FOR AROUND 20 MINUTES TILL LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN
- ADD THE CHERRIES TO THE TOP, LET COOL AND ENJOY!
