COCONUT PYRAMIDS

INGREDIENTS

1 EGG WHITE
2 TEASPOONS CORNFLOUR
45G ICING SUGAR
80G DESICCATED COCONUT
6 GLAZED CHERRIES

RECIPE

  1. HEAT THE OVEN TO 150 DEGREES (FAN OVEN)
  2. MIX THE CORNFLOUR, ICING SUGAR AND COCONUT WELL
  3. ADD THE EGG WHITE AND MIX
  4. ROLL THEM INTO 6 SHAPES AND ADD THEM TO A LINED BAKING TRAY. USE 2 TEASPOONS IF YOU WANT TO SHAPE THEM BETTER ON THE TRAY
  5. BAKE ON 150 FOR AROUND 20 MINUTES TILL LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN
  6. ADD THE CHERRIES TO THE TOP, LET COOL AND ENJOY!
