A YUMMY CHOCOLATE TREAT! SCRUMPTIOUS CHOCOLATE BROWNIE TOPPED WITH HEAVENLY ROLOS…ONE FOR THE CHOCOLATE LOVERS



INGREDIENTS
100g BUTTER
4 EGGS
100g PLAIN FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
200g DARK CHOCOLATE
250g CASTER SUGAR
30g COCOA POWDER
100g CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR CHUNKS
PACKET OF ROLOS (OR MALTESERS, FLAKE OR ANY OTHER CHOCOLATE YOU PREFER)
RECIPE
1.HEAT THE OVEN TO 180°
IN ONE BOWL MELT THE BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE
2. IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX EGGS AND SUGAR
3.IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS (FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, COCOA POWDER,CHOCOLATE CHIPS)
4.ADD THE MELTED CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER TO THE EGG MIXTURE AND MIX WELL AND THEN ADD THAT MIXTURE TO THE DRY MIXTURE AND MIX THOROUGHLY
5. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A LINED BAKING TIN (ROUND OR SQUARE) BAKE ON 180° FOR 30-40 MINUTES (TO CHECK ITS COOKED, STICK A SKEWER INTO THE CAKE AND WHEN NO MIXTURE STICKS IT’S READY)
6. LEAVE THE BROWNIE TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES AND THEN REMOVE FROM THE TIN AND LEAVE TO COOL FOR 30 MINUTES. NOW ADD THE ROLOS TO THE TOP WHILE STILL SLIGHTLY WARM SO THEY STICK AND CUT THEM INTO SQUARES
