THE NATION LOVES A GARLIC BREAD!! TRY OUR SUPER EASY RUSTIC RECIPE USING EITHER LEFTOVER BREAD OR A FRESH LOAF

INGREDIENTS
MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE
BRIE
DRIED PARSLEY
BUTTER
GARLIC PASTE
WE USED LEFTOVER TIGER BREAD (SEE OUR RECIPE HERE) BUT YOU CAN USE ANY TYPE OF RUSTIC BREAD (BAGUETTE, SOURDOUGH, TIGER BREAD ETC)
RECIPE
- CUT THE BREAD INTO SECTIONS BUT NOT ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM (SAVE THE CHEESE FROM RUNNING OUT)
- NOW ADD IN BUTTER INTO EACH SLICE OF BREAD
- FOLLOWED BY SPREADING GARLIC PASTE ALL OVER
- SPRINKLE IN THE PARSLEY
- NOW ADD IN THE SLICES OF CHEDDAR AND BRIE
- WRAP THE WHOLE BREAD IN TINFOIL AND BAKE IN THE OVEN FOR APPROX 15 MINUTES – A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE END REMOVE THE FOIL TO LET THE BREAD CRUST SLIGHTLY
