PEANUT BUTTER (NUTTY OR SMOOTH)
NATURAL YOGHURT
POPPY SEEDS (OR SEEDS OF YOUR CHOICE)

CUT THE BANANA UP INTO CHUNKS AND SQAUSH THEM DOWN WITH A FORK
ADD A DOLLOP OF NATURAL YOGHURT FOLLOWED BY A SMALLER SCOOP OF PEANUT BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH SEEDS!!


ENJOY THEM STRAIGHT AWAY OR YOU CAN ALSO FREEZE THEM FOR 15 MINUTES IF YOU PREFER THEM MORE CHILLED

YOU COULD ASLO MAKE THEM AND FREEZE THEM IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IF YOU PREFER TO BATCH COOK OR FOOD PREP
