POT OF GREEK YOGHURT
SEEDS FOR TOPPING
PINCH SEA SALT
RECIPE
FIRSTLY
PUT ON A PAN OF WATER TO START TO BOIL. SWITCH ON THE OVEN TO HEAT 180° FAN
NOW LET’S GO
ADD 300G OF FLOUR BOWL, THEN ADD IN 5 TEASPOONS OF YOGHURT AND MIX WELL. KEEPING ADDING IN MORE TEASPOONS OF YOGHURT UNTIL A DOUGH IS FORMED. (MINE TOOK 10 TEASPOONS)
NEXT
KNEAD YOUR DOUGH FOR A MINUTE, IT SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY STICKY BUT NOT TOO GLOOPY.
NOW
DIVIDE INTO 4 AND ROLL EACH ONE INTO A BALL, FLATTEN IT SLIGHTLY WITH YOUR PALM AND USE YOUR THUMB TO MAKE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE.
THEN
ONE AT A TIME PLACE THEM INTO THE PAN FOR 1 MINUTE EACH AND PLACE THEM ON A LINED BAKING TRAY. SPRINKLE THEM WITH SEEDS AND POP THEM IN THE OVEN TO COOK FOR APPROX 20 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
