INGREDIENTS
MAKES 6 SHEEP CUPCAKES
120G SOFT BUTTER
120G SELF RAISING FLOUR
120G CASTER SUGAR
2 EGGS
PLUS
WHITE MINI MARSHMALLOWS
BLACK FONDANT ICING
200G ICING SUGAR
100G SOFT BUTTER
DROP OF DOUBLE CREAM OR MILK
RECIPE
FIRST
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 170°C AND PLACE 6 CUPCAKE CASES ONTO A CUPCAKE TRAY
READY TO MIX…
IN A BOWL OR MIXER, MIX THE BUTTER WITH THE SUGAR
THEN
ADD IN THE EGGS AND FLOUR AND MIX WELL
NOW
SPOON THE MIXTURE INTO THE CUPCAKE CASES
BAKE
IN THE OVEN ON 170°C FOR APPROX 20 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN
LEAVE THEM TO COOL BEFORE DECORATING
MAKE THE BUTTERCREAM
MIX THE ICING SUGAR WITH SOFT BUTTER AND DROP IN A SPLASH OF MILK OR DOUBLE CREAM TO MAKE IT SUPER SOFT.
SPREAD THE BUTTERCREAM OVER THE CUPCAKES – DOESN’T NEED TO ME TOO NEAT AS THE MARSHMALLOWS WILL COVER IT!
NOW DECORATE THEM WITH MARSHMALLOWS ALL OVER
I ROLLED OUT THE BLACK ICING AND USED A KNIFE TO CUT OUT THE SHAPE FOR THE HEAD AND EARS AND PLACED THEM ON.
