4/5 POTATOES (WHATEVER POTATOES YOU HAVE LEFT)
1KG CHICKEN THIGHS
RECIPE
PEEL AND CUT UP THE POTATOES INTO SMALL CHUNKS AND ADD TO A PAN OF BOILING WATER TO COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
AT THE SAME TIME CHOP UP THE CAULIFLOWER INTO FLORETS AND BEGIN TO COOK IN A PAN OF BOILING WATER
AT THE SAME TIME
IN A OVENPROOF DISH ADD THE CHICKEN THIGHS AND POUR OVER HALF OF THE KORMA PASTE AND MIX WELL MAKING SURE ALL THE CHICKEN IS COVERED AND ADD TO THE OVEN, 180° (FAN)
AFTER 10 MINUTES DRAIN THE POTATOES AND THE CAULIFLOWER AND ADD THEM INTO THE DISH. USE THE REMAINING MIX PASTE TO COVER THE POTATOES AND THE CAULIFLOWER. COOK FOR A FURTHER 20-30 MINUTES UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS FULLY COOKED
ADD 500G RICE TO A PAN OF BOILING WATER TO COOK
DISH OUT AND ENJOY
